PRESENTATION
DEZAP Association is association of individuals and legal persons, based on contract which stimulates existance, enlargement and effective use of employee ownership.
Employee Ownership is an ownership form which enable to the employed persons effective and profitable ownership participation in accordance with modern principles of organised work and successful operation.
DEZAP has been established in London (1995), when the group of enterprise representatives and unions representatives, journalists and the various University representatives at the discourse in British enterprises with employee ownership structure has established that the employee ownership is consistent with most modern and market orientated method of organisation and leadership and that the contemporary capitalism is searching for new forms and stimulations for more effective operation and motivation of employed persons. They have established, that the Slovenian enterprises in which the owners are also the employees, have advantage of other (foreign) enterprises: the eployees are motivated not only with salary but also with shares. British and american experience shows, that this king of motivation influences directly on productivity and profitability of enterprises. Over this years the DEZAP has got support and knowledge becouse of it's closely cooperation with international employee ownership networks.
MISSION OF DEZAP ASSOCIATION:
Mission of DEZAP Association is to bring into action positive potencial, which the employee ownership has on the successfulness and excellence of enterprises and to influence upon forming ownership strategies of Slovenian enterprises, to be in accordance with contemporary enterprise's directives.
DEZAP realises its mission with following activities:

to stimulate and to influence the forming of suitable legislation, which will make existence and development of employee ownership possible

to assure professional help for the employee owners (different forms of connecting at initiating and maintenance of employee ownership)

|
to transmit experience of employee ownership from The Republic of Slovenia to other countries (eastern and western European countries and other countries from the world) and to keep them regular informed about achievements and novelties in the field of employee ownership

developing of legal settlement of employee ownership in companies
|
|
to assure education and training for the employee owners on every area which concern employees ownership
|
|
to develop companies (with employee ownership structure) network with intention of mutual informing and mutual help

to cooperate with other international organizations
